Absolute Manufacturing provides mechanical and electrical assembly capabilities. From raw material to a finished component including processing, assembly and test, Absolute has the demonstrated capability, a dedicated assembly facility and years of experience.
We supply Point-of-Use Kits that contain all of the components for our customer's assembly station, further simplifying their supply logistics, lowering their part count and detail parts handling. Coupled with our ability to work with their internal demand management systems, it is a true value-added solution.
Our reliable 2-day lead times on high-use parts allows us to deliver Dock-to-stock directly to the point of use on our customers assembly line. With access to our customers forecast data, we are able to build and deliver exact quantities to meet their changing needs. By reducing inventory levels, we are able to provide lean flow of manufacturing.
